Contact

Every enquiry is received by a principal.

There are no intake forms routed to a call centre. When you write to Riverside Mercer, a senior adviser reads it.

How to begin a conversation with us.

The most direct route to an introductory conversation is by email or telephone, details below. If you prefer, you may use the contact form on this page — responses are provided within one business day by a principal adviser, not an assistant. We do not conduct initial consultations through video platforms without a prior exchange of correspondence; this allows us to prepare adequately and to ensure the conversation is genuinely useful to you. There is no obligation attached to an initial conversation, and no fee is charged until a formal engagement letter is agreed and signed.

Common questions before a first conversation.

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. An initial conversation — by telephone or in person at our Košice office — carries no charge and no obligation. We consider it a mutual assessment: you are evaluating us as much as we are understanding your situation.

What size of client do you typically advise?

Our typical engagement involves clients with investable or advisory capital between €500,000 and €10 million. We occasionally take engagements outside this range where the complexity of the situation warrants it, but we do not advise retail clients or those seeking product-based investment advice.

Do you manage or hold assets on behalf of clients?

No. Riverside Mercer is a pure advisory firm. We do not hold custody over any client assets, we do not execute transactions, and we do not manage discretionary mandates. Our role is to advise on structure, protection, and governance.

How long does an engagement typically last?

An initial structured engagement — from first meeting to final report — typically takes three to four months. Many clients then move to an annual retainer arrangement for ongoing fiduciary oversight. The average client relationship at Riverside Mercer has lasted more than eight years.
